Shipping policy
We ship both domestically and internationally.
All US orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail in order to ensure quick delivery times. USPS Priority Mail arrives within 1-3 business days and UPS ground arrives within 4-5 days assuming normal circumstances. The following circumstances may potentially delay shipping times:
- Health crisis or pandemic
- Severe weather
- State of emergency
- National Holidays

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. These shipping services take between 6-10 days and 7-21 days to arrive depending on your location and which service you choose.
If your order has left our location and you are experiencing delays with your shipment, we recommend contacting USPS as they will be the most current point of contact with your package.
All orders placed between Monday-Thursday are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped out on Monday (excluding any holidays).
All orders include a USPS tracking number that is made available to you via an email or text to the contact information you provide at checkout. Please ensure that you use the correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any order not received as a result of a customer using an incorrect address at checkout.
If a package displays as delivered according to your USPS tracking number you are encouraged to contact USPS if you did not receive the package, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they leave our fulfillment center.
When shipping us a return item, we will provide you with a shipping label. We will always pay return shipping unless the return is a result of buyer error or negligence.
